It was great!
Except, we weren't actually there...
because well, THERE is Florida, and we're in Asia.
But we caught most of the action through Skype.
Here's what we saw on our computer screen. Anthony's mom gave us nursery linens! Here's her holding the quilt up and us being happy...We hope everyone on the Florida side of the world that went had fun, because we sure did!
I mean, OPENING a present is the best part of it, right? At this shower everyone got to open their own gifts for us to see... AND they got cake and punch too...could it get any better?
We got to see so many friends and family members...and they gave some great things to Isaac! Now we just have to wait for the postman and for airplanes to arrive to see the stuff in person.
Speaking of, my (Sharon) mom is coming for the birth after all...'err...she's coming for the "due date." We're hoping Isaac cooperates with her flight schedule!
She debated on whether she could/should/would or not, but after trading in some sky-miles, she's gonna get to come...with a suitcase full of baby goodies. Woohoo!
Thanks SO MUCH to everyone who came... it was so great seeing and talking to you all. Isaac is one of the most blessed babies in the world to have folks like you back home showing him so much love.

Oh that looks so fun! How sweet of your friends and family to do that, and you got to see loved ones. If Isaac is anything like these South Asian babies have been, he won't be fashionably late. Then again, we haven't seen a boy born here in a long time either!
So bummed I wasn't able to be there- it looks like it was a blast!
So I was just showing Shannon your picture within a picture on your Skype screen in this post. We've been playing around with a new laptop and can take "still shots" with our webcam but haven't figured out how to make the picture within the picture.
As for Isaac cooperating with your Mom's visit... there's always castor oil - though I wouldn't recommend it!
